Returns

* We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

* Items that are customized, handmade, or on sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

* If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
